Returns & Refund Policy | Hillside The Label
At Hillside The Label, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not quite what you expected, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal return period.
Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without providing a reason. This applies to all standard products purchased through our online store.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@hillsidethelabel.nl.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit.
Please note that custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Registering a Return
To register a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@hillsidethelabel.nl
Please include the following information:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return (optional)
Once your return request has been registered, you have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged. We recommend including a copy of your packing slip or invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the parcel.
Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and other products with a hygiene seal can only be returned if the seal remains intact.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. The purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs paid at checkout, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return notification.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
